Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 2026-04-25

Our commitment

At Preyio we believe that a tool that finds you a better hotel price should be available to everyone. We are committed to making the site and product as accessible as possible for people with disabilities, and to continuously improving them.

The standard we follow

The site is built with the goal of meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines.

What we have done

  • An accessibility menu is available on every page with options for text enlargement, high contrast, link highlighting, reduced motion, and keyboard focus highlighting.
  • Full keyboard navigation support for main interactive components.
  • Aria labels, semantic heading structures, and visible focus for screen reader users.
  • Support for prefers-reduced-motion for system default animations.
  • Automated tests with axe-core and manual keyboard tests on every main screen.
  • Forms with proper labels, clear error messages, and auto-save feedback.

How to activate accessibility settings

Click the accessibility button fixed at the bottom-left of the screen to open the settings menu. Your preferences are automatically saved in your browser and will apply on every future visit. You can reset preferences at any time from the same menu.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, there may be screens or components that have not yet been fully adapted. Specific screens that incorporate external content (such as hotel booking provider transition pages when checking a price) may be outside our direct control. We continue to work on improving the accessibility of these components as much as possible.

Accessibility inquiries

Encountered difficulty accessing any content or component? We welcome your inquiry and will act as quickly as possible to improve it.

When contacting us, please include the page or component where you encountered difficulty, the type of device and browser you were using, and a brief description of the issue. This will help us locate and fix the problem quickly.
