Terms of Service

1. General & Acceptance

By using Preyio you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately. Preyio provides an automated hotel price-tracking service. We are not a travel agency, we do not make bookings on your behalf, and we do not cancel bookings on your behalf.

2. Service Description

Preyio monitors price changes for hotel bookings provided by the user. When a lower price is detected, the service sends an alert to the user.

Explicit limitations:

• • Preyio provides information only — not financial advice
• • Preyio does not make bookings, cancellations, or any action on your behalf
• • Any decision to act on an alert is solely the user's responsibility

3. Price Accuracy

Prices shown in the service are accurate only at the moment of the check. Hotel prices change frequently and may change between when an alert is sent and when the user acts. Preyio does not guarantee price availability. Prices are collected from external data providers and may differ from prices shown directly on the hotel or booking site — Preyio does not control their accuracy and is not responsible for discrepancies. Preyio shall not be liable for any damage arising from a price difference, price change, or incorrect price.

3A. No Lower Price Found

Preyio makes reasonable efforts to find lower prices. There is no guarantee of finding a deal — the service depends on market price availability outside Preyio's control. Not finding a deal is not a failure — it means the price you paid is the best available. Preyio will not refund purchase fees due to no deal being found. If the free-cancellation window expires before a lower price is found — Preyio is not responsible. Prices shown in alerts are valid at the moment of the check only.

4. Registration & Account

Minimum age: 18. The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. One account per person. Preyio may close an account that has been misused.

5. Plans & Payment

Tracking units are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. No monthly subscription. No recurring charge. Preyio reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' prior notice.

5A. Refund Policy

Every tracking pack purchase is eligible for a full refund within 14 daysof the purchase date, in accordance with Paddle's policy. No reason required. The refund is processed by Paddle (the registered seller) to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

To request a refund: email team@preyio.com with your order number. Alternatively, contact Paddle directly via the purchase receipt sent to your email.

6. Permitted & Prohibited Use

Permitted: personal use for tracking private bookings.

Prohibited: automated access, scraping, replicating the service, commercial use without a license, uploading malicious files, attempting to compromise system security.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the service, logo, content, and technology are reserved by Preyio. The user receives a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Preyio shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Preyio's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for tracking packs in the last three months. Preyio is not responsible for failures of third-party services.

8A. Service Availability

Preyio strives to provide a continuous and reliable service, but does not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues. Preyio shall not be liable for damage resulting from temporary service unavailability.

9. Changes to the Service & Terms

Preyio reserves the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

Preyio may suspend or close an account that has violated these terms. The user may close their account at any time and request data deletion. Preyio reserves the right to discontinue the service with 30 days' prior notice. In the event of service closure, a pro-rated refund will be issued for unused credits.

10A. Data Retention

Data will be retained for up to 30 days after account closure. After this period, data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts in Tel Aviv.

Service Closure

We reserve the right to discontinue the service at any time, with 30 days' prior notice. In the event of service closure, all users with active tracking units will receive a pro-rated refund based on the remaining period of the 12-month pack validity.

Price Accuracy

Prices shown in the service are sourced from external price providers and may change or may not be accurate at the time of viewing. We recommend verifying any price against the original supplier's website before making or cancelling a booking. Preyio is not responsible for price discrepancies between our display and the actual price on the supplier's site.

Tracking Unit Validity

Tracking units are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the period ends, unused units expire. Each active tracking continues until the end of the duration defined by the pack: City – 60 days per tracking, Family – 90 days, Explorer – 120 days.

13. Email & Newsletter

By registering for the service, the user consents to receiving price alerts and service notifications by email. Registration also includes consent to receive the Preyio newsletter — including updates, savings tips, and promotions. The user may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via: the unsubscribe link in any email, or account settings (Settings → Notifications → Newsletter subscription). Removal will be processed within 3 business days.

14. Files Uploaded by the User

Files uploaded for booking parsing:

• • Are processed automatically by third-party services
• • Are not viewed by Preyio employees
• • Are deleted within 30 days of upload
• • Are stored in encrypted form
• • Are not shared with third parties except external data providers for processing

Preyio is not responsible for the accuracy of data extraction. The user is responsible for verifying extracted details before confirming them.

15. Force Majeure

Preyio shall not be liable for failure to provide the service resulting from third-party service outages, service interruptions, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or any factor outside Preyio's reasonable control.
