Refund and withdrawal rights
This page explains your statutory withdrawal rights and how refunds work for Preyio tracking packs. Read it before you check out.
1. EU and UK 14-day right of withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers resident in the EU or the UK have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email team@preyio.com with your order number within 14 days of purchase.
2. Hunts are non-refundable once activated
Activating a hunt (entering a hotel and dates so we begin live price monitoring) constitutes immediate performance of the digital service you purchased. Per Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, by activating a hunt before the 14-day withdrawal period expires you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for that hunt. Unused slots in the same pack remain eligible for withdrawal until they are activated, within the 14-day window.
3. How to request a refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, email team@preyio.com with your order number and we will review your request. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. Paddle handles the actual refund transaction back to your original payment method; refunds typically settle within 5 business days.
4. Service closure
If Preyio ceases operation, we will issue a pro-rated refund for any unexpired slot duration on your account. This commitment survives any change of ownership.
